What can I say I saw their add on FB did my usual research making sure they are legit and people like their products. I liked what I saw and read so I ordered a sweatshirt. Pretty easy and straight forward

Product selection was good and ordering process fine. I wish I had shipment options beyond "normal" (I was willing to pay for expedited shipment). Not having received the item, I can't give 5 stars yet.

The product and selections were nice and some were funny. However, I ran into some glitches when checking out and putting in my credit card information. Ultimately, I started the process over and it finally went through. Looking forward to seeing my purchases.

Disregard the malcontents who think Southfaces is a scam. It's definitely not. Selection is very good, and quality is fine. Just be prepared to wait several weeks until you receive your merchandise -- which is duly noted on the site; and don't let the fact that you'll get an email that a shipping label has been prepared -- it will still take 2-3 weeks for your items to arrive. Southfaces is legit and a delight.

My only comments would be that products (similar phrases ect.) should be grouped together so they are easier to find. Spent too much time trying to remember what page a product was on.
As far as the shipping page, you should have an option for "Company" . Many people shipped to their work or office locations.

Love the messages on the hats and shirts. Haven’t seen or worn them yet, hope they are good. I couldn’t find any information on when they’ll ship or how long it will take, that’s a problem to be addressed.

The website is clumsy and difficult to work with when ordering. Not very professionally done. No phone number to contact for info. Does not indicate delivery date expectation which also adds to questions regarding legitimacy of the site. But I do like the products.

Terrible communication- no info on processing, shipping!!!! 10 days now and I haven’t heard a word. Sent numerous emails. Nothing !!!!!! Now it’s too late for what I had ordered. Disappointed!!!!
