I ordered the charcoal sweatshirt but when I reviewed my order it showed I ordered brown.

I re-ordered the charcoal but again my order showed a brown.

I want to cancel the 2 brown shirts and order the charcoal one.

This website is a scam. Whatever images you see on the website, it is not what you're getting in reality. It seems like the images are taken from a legit website and "southfaces" make their own stuff, similar but different. Different colors that on images, different fabric. We ordered a hoodie in one, color, it came in different color. The description on the website says it's 50/50 cotton, but the item's fabric was polyester. The products are shipped from China, so if you want to return the product, you'd need to pay for shipping expenses by yourself, no matter who's fault it is. DO NOT ORDER from them.
