Great customer support

My mini fireplace heater broke unexpectedly and I reached out to turbo customer support for help. They were very responsive and after a few emails they decided to replace my heater at no charge. They even checked in to make sure the new one was delivered and working well. I was very satisfied with the experience. My home office gets freezing during winter and I legitimately use the product daily from November-February.

TURBRO: Quality product and customer service

I purchased an electric TURBRO fireplace in December 2023. Not only was it beautiful to look at, it warmed my home beautifully. This fall, my remote would not work. When I contacted customer service, after a few steps to confirm it was truly inoperable, TURBRO sent me a new remote with no hesitation. They emailed me every step of the way confirming it was shipped and thanking me for my purchase. I recommend their fireplaces not only because they are quality products but also the company offers quality care and service.

I would definitely recommend this company!

I would definitely recommend this company! I had a problem with FedEx losing my package, and the Turbro customer service was above and beyond. They were really concerned about me as a customer. I love my new heater. It is beautiful. The only improvement I could think of, would be on the crackling fire sound effect, which sounds a bit tinny. The flame effect is very nice, as is the design of the heater. I also love that I can control it with an app on my phone. I would definitely recommend this company!

I would highly recommend this company…

I would highly recommend this company and their products. I had an issue with one of my units and the customer support team was excellent to work with. Brittany handled my issue in an expedient manner and was professional and friendly. With such a great customer service team and good products I would recommend them.

Why I wait this long??

First I choose your minisplit because the 5 years warranty. Which is very important in this kind of products.
Second the people working on this company, know what to do, how to answer and then follow up with customers.
Exact day and time they said will arrive our product, everything very good.

Great customer service

I ordered the 72 " fireplace and when it arrived The amber bed lights did not work properly. I called customer service and sent a video of the problem at their request. I asked if they could send a new lighting board rather than sending the unit back which they agreed to do. I dealt with Britany and she was wonderful. She kept me informed through the whole process. The fire place is now installed and working perfect. I would definitely order from this company again.

Great Customer Service/ Fast Shipping

Very Happy with our experience with TURBRO.

My son-in-law bought 4 TURBRO Mini Splits for the apartments he rents out. He ended up selling one of the houses before the install and offered us a 12000 BTU unit at a fair price. That was the first I’d heard of TURBRO. I watched a couple UTube Videos about installation and put that unit in without any issues in September.

We were so impressed with how that unit worked, both heating and cooling, that we ordered a 9000 BTU unit for our bedroom. The unit arrived in 3 or 4 days. When I started to install it , the indoor unit was not pressurized when I removed the caps. Indicating a leak somewhere in the system. I emailed customer service and heard back the same day. Provided them with a picture of the serial # and they promptly shipped out another indoor unit.


Once again it arrived 3 days later and I was able to complete the install with no further issues. Can’t ask to be treated any better than that.

I don’t know yet how these units will affect my electric bill. I should be able to heat my home for all but the coldest days this winter. So I should be saving on pellets and electricity for our pellet stove. Not to mention how clean ( no dust like with pellets ) , and how quiet this is compared to our pellet stove. If they are as economical as advertised I will buy another double unit for our other two bedrooms. My advice, buy one, they are a great bang for your buck.

Best customer service experience!

Great products and amazing customer service! Our unit does not swing automatically as it is supposed to. Britnay was of great help in helping find and resolve the issue. Would definitely purchase again and recommend to friends and family.

TURBRO ETERNAL FLAME

We purchased a Turbro eternal flame last January 2024. After a few uses the heating part of the unit didn't work. We reached out to Turbro, and they responded immediately. After some troubleshooting, it was determined by them that we would receive a new unit. This company is extremely responsive and work with you until you are satisfied!!

Unit stopped blowing cold air after 1 year.

My unit stopped blowing cold air after a year and I contacted customer service. After troubleshoot attempts and checking the unit well, I was sent a replacement. I appreciated that they were responsive with my issue and ultimately was able to resolve it. Thank you for the great work, will definitely recommend Turbro for portable AC company just because of their great customer service.

Great customer service, excellent equipment.

I recently ordered a Turbro mini split AC unit. I mistakenly ordered the wrong model, but Lyvia in customer service was able to correct the mistake without issue. I received the correct model a few days later (very fast shipping!) and am scheduled for an install soon. This is the second Turbro model for us. The first model is working like a champ, cooling our entire cabin easily.

Fantastic customer service.

My work purchase 2 misting fans, and one came not operable, after reaching out to the company, Britany was of great help. We were able to replace the fan with no problem, and through the whole process Britany stay with us to see it through the end. I hope there are more companies like them that puts there customer's needs first. Thank you for the amazing job!!

The Turbro 24000

The Turbro 24000 was delivered quickly. It operated for a day before we started getting codes. We contacted the company immediately and was able to speak to a person. She took the information and relayed it to the technician. The only problem was, I was never able to talk to the technician directly, only through a series of emails which took the process days. ( this is the reason for 4 stars) The ultimate outcome was a new inverter was sent which came quickly. We installed the unit ourselves. Luckily we had all the gauges, vacuum, and freon (Almost a DIY). It would've cost nearly $2000 from one company I called to let them install it.
It's been 5 days now and it's still cold and working perfectly
I would definitely recommend this company and their product.

If I could give them 0 stars!!!!

If I could give them 0 stars for their faulty products i would!! 2 units have broken now, while their customer service is prompt and fast their garbage products are what do it for me, $600 for it to break twice since May??? Save your money and spend it on a credible company!!!

We had a problem with our unit once it was installed. Called and spoke to Nicole who forwarded the information to Britany the technician, who then had me send her several things to try and troubleshoot the issue. After she reviewed it she told me that unfortunately the unit was discontinued and that they could issue me a refund, which that is what we accepted. They are very quick to answer your calls and or respond to emails, to resolve whatever the issue is. Completely satisfied with this customer service experience.

First off the portable AC unit works…

First off the portable AC unit works great, mine blew out a fan blade however. But after I reached out to get it repaired instead they just sent out a new one. That's how much they care about there customers. It was handled quickly and with the upmost respect. I couldn't be happier. Thank you turbro team especially my customer service agent.
