From purchase date (8/30) to receipt…
From purchase date (8/30) to receipt date (today, 9/8) is 10 days, which seemed long..I appreciate the ‘free shipping’ but really I’d almost rather pay for faster shipping. The length of shipping is probably on the USPS (their service is in decline). Probably not your fault…just sharing my experience buying from you online…

I was concerned about the long delay in my order. It took a few days to get a response, but they let me know the items were on backorder. It would have been helpful if they had provided a timely update. I received all of the items in my order, and will definitely do business with them again.

FANTASTIC selection of shoes
FANTASTIC selection of shoes. Well known and up and coming brands are represented nicely. Full size ranges available. Prices are very competitive with other retailers.
The areas of opportunity where TP fell short of my expectations are:
1) The free 2 day shipping took 6 days.
2) I receive too many texts and emails with redundant information. I will need to unsubscribe if it continues.
3). The sales codes are only for a VERY select group of products. It has proven unnecessary for me to even look at the items available for the sale. P.S. The Labor Day and U.S. Open sale were inclusive of the same products.

This website is a scam!
I ordered tennis shoes from them. What I received was used/worn shoes! They were clearly used beforehand. They were covered in red clay, and even a worn sock was in the box.
I wrote to them that I received used, not new shoes, and that I wanted to return them for that reason. They sent me the return information.
I didn't feel like I should even be paying for the return shipping, as it wasn't a return because I didn't like them, or the size didn't fit. I didn't receive what I ordered. But I didn't want to complicate things so I returned them and paid the return shipping.
But guess what happened. They refused the return/refund stating that the shoes were used, and they cannot accept used shoes back. And there was just no way I could prove them that I received it that way.
At first I tough that those tennis shoes were returned before, and they didn't check their status in the past, but just restocked them automatically and resold them to me. But after some communication about the situation with them (their customer support is excruciating slow and unhelpful) I came to think that this is the modus-operandi, a fraud and a malpractise.
I would never buy from them again, and I highly suggest you don't either.
