Great Customer Service

Part of the order was damaged in shipping. The Range Hood Store sent a replacement item as soon as I sent them the pictures of the damage.

Great product for a good price

Very easy website to use, competitive prices and a much better warranty than 99% of the products I looked at. Shipping was free and much faster than I expected. The vent appears to be very easy to use. Although we haven't installed it yet, we plugged it in and tested the features.

Never delivered orders…

Never delivered orders…. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with …. First negative review ever … do not use this company…. Customer service gets their feeling hurt if you tell them your unhappy with not receiving your order….

Ordered $16k refrigerator and forgot to…

Ordered $16k refrigerator and forgot to put 5% discount code in at the time of purchase. I called within a couple of hours after I realized and I was told “sorry can’t give you the discount.
Guess I won’t be ordering he additional appliances from you!

My experience today dealing with Jeremy…

My experience today dealing with Jeremy was very positive experience! Jeremy made my microwave purchase happen immediately. I had issues with waiting for it to arrive from Wayfair( never happened) .
The customer service was beyond. I highly recommend dealing with this company. They are honest, to the point regarding info on the microwave ordered for my Reno. I chose the 24” champagne bronze. Cant wait to receive it for the install. Thanks again Jeremy and The Hood Range Company.

We installed a Zline Duel fuel 48 range…

We installed a Zline Duel fuel 48 range with a kick ass hood system. We have had no problems with heat or cooking odor when using the hood system. The stainless steel looks great and easy to clean. It had filters like a commercial hood system that makes the difference. We did a survey for Z-line and received a 3 piece set of German made knifes from the Range Hood Store. Best knifes ever. Thank you for everything

Molding with speakers for my range hood!

I inquired about something specific to my purchase. We exchanged a series of emails to assure that what I inquired about would fit with what I already have. The correspondence was clear and beneficial to me. Based on the answers I made a few purchases. Pain free and easy.

I was getting a lot of mixed messages…

I was getting a lot of mixed messages about vents and capacity.

I went to 3 appliance stores, Youtube, Reddit and everyone was giving me advice I didn't trust.

I found a vent here on RH Store. I called 3 times with questions and they answered all of them. Even got a discount for being a veteran.

I placed my order early this morning…

I placed my order early this morning and all went through fine, but then at the end of the day I received an e-mail that my order was cancelled. I had to call customer service, who told me to start over and place a new order. Now my range hood won't arrive when the kitchen installers need it. :-(
