QUALITY MERCHANDISE AT AFFORDABLE PRICES!

We've been RC Wiley customers for over 30 years, and they've never failed us in buying from a wide selection of quality merchandise at affordable prices. Our sales associate is Carol McKinley. We have never ever had a better person to handle our personal needs in quality furnishings. We'd highly recommend that anyone else stop by an RC Wiley furniture store near them, and enjoy their shopping experience as they look at all the beautiful furnishings throughout the store. And while you're at it be sure and ask for Carol McKinley when you shop the RC Wiley Furniture Store in Meridian, Idaho.

Almost Awesome

Experience in store awesome!!!
Be aware ordering online has hugh speed bumps
if order is from 3rd party no installation even after phone calls confirming installation
Eventually after management challenging conversation RC willey made it right
3rd purchase Delivery guy wanted to scam me out of $100 for take away services I paid 25$ to get them out of my home
I have a 4th purchase we will see if its uneventful
Just be a wise consumer online at the store wonderful wonderful from beginning to deliver

Excellent Customer Service

Carl was very helpful in answering all of our questions about gas vs electric ovens. We had narrowed our choices by that point, but he helped us find the best oven for our budget and our lifestyle.

Excellent experience as always

Excellent experience as always. We purchased a sectional, coffee table, desk, and chair. Salesman was helpful and patient with us while we decided. Delivery was 4 days from purchase, everything was in stock. Delivery crew was professional. They met delivery schedule, unpacked everything, cleaned up, and made sure everything worked. This is our 3rd major purchase of multiple items (appliances) from RC Willey and our 3rd 5 rating. 25 years living in Vegas and we won’t buy anywhere else without trying RC Willey first.

Honestly

Honestly, never shop at this so-called 'store'. There is no customer service, even when paying cash for your purchase. I was to be notified of delivery and time of delivery of new recliner the day before...never happened. No phone call, no text except for the 7:30am delivery, which was unacceptable as I told the so-called 'salesman', I don't do anything at 7am except sleep. No booties were worn by delivery personnel and it rained the day before delivery so now I can deal with the mess they left on the carpet - you have no choice on time of delivery, i.e., if you can get your purchase delivered on time or at all! A lot of glitches in the system at RCW...glitches that cause nothing but problems for customers but I don't have to worry because I will never ever be another 'customer' of RCW. Please, RCW, do not send me a response stating 'we apologize for any inconvenience' because you are lying; and, furthermore, RCW doesn't care what people write about its customer service as evidenced by the total number of 1 star reviews! I never want to hear RCW's stupid responses to a complaint about customer service because there is no such thing at this store.

Great extended warranties support

Call was to extended warranties to get the 50% refund for unused warranty. The person was very helpful and was able to take care of me in a fast and efficient, yet friendly manner.

Sectional sofa delivery

I wish the delivery drivers had taken a little more time to ensure our sectional was put together properly. They were nice enough guys, but they seem to be in a big hurry. Make sure that everything that has an action is checked Before they leave. Now we wait until they have time to come back.

Customer Service/Product Knowledge

Over the past 3 months I have been to the store several times and made numerous purchases....each time Zackary Kondrak has assisted me and he has been great! Zack makes sure he understands what we need and then directs us to options which best fit our home. He insures we have delivery set up and contacts the install department to schedule it around the delivery time. Zackary is a valuable asset to this store! Hands down great service and customer…

Hands down great service and customer relations. Both JR (furniture) and Phil (electronics) were amazing with caring for our needs and ensuring er received the best services for the products (we purchased a house hold of furniture). Both made you feel like you were at home. This is the first time dealing with sales people that weren’t pushy. They both deserve more than excellent ratings!

Protection Plan is worth it

We were encouraged to add a protection plan on our sectional couch that we purchased from RC Willey a few years ago, and we are so glad we did! After a few years of life with four kids the cushions began to tear, so we went in to discuss an exchange and they honored their protection plan policy so we could get a new couch. It was easy to work with them and we appreciate their customer service!

Not what I expect from RC WILLEY

I have delt with RC Willey many times over the years and continue to go back. This was the first time with flooring, so this is an isolated incident. The time in store was quick, but there was just a lot of extra hoops and wasn't the usual in and out and stuff shows up. They did get it installed before we had family come in, but still waiting on a rug that was just a lack of followup and communications in their organization. It won't be here in time, but we will move on. The carpet installers were nice, but left a mess of scraps and stuff around the house that led to extra stress with a wedding being planned. Communications were poor at best on things not showing up and being on time. Not what I expect from RC Willey. Ordered everything on 7/6 and still waiting on 9/13.

RC Willey's shipping policy

I can't believe RC Willey can't ship to me the overhead microwave that I ordered. I have to drive 100 miles to go pick it up at a store or if I pay $88 dollars they will deliver it in their truck, which is ridiculous. I will be ordering from Amazon from now on. At least my items are reasonably shipped to me and I do not have to drive somewhere to go pick them up.

The only reason I ordered a freezer…

The only reason I ordered a freezer from you was because you gave me a delivery date of the 13th. It’s the 15th now. Still no freezer. I had to go somewhere else to buy a freezer last minute for my 200 lbs of fresh caught fish from Alaska. What ever happened to doing what you say you will?

Everything was wonderful except one…

Everything was wonderful except one thing. The online checkout was easy to get through. I called and talked to customer service twice, super friendly! The only downfall was the price increase within a 24 hour time period.......super frustrating! I still ordered because it was exactly what I was wanting.
