I had been given a recommendation to buy travel insurance from the company that provided my travel arrangements. I hoped to find a better deal, and was delighted to find IMG. The insurance was equal to the other carrier, but at a much better price. I'm satisfied that I've received a great value on some great insurance. I hope I don't need to use it, but I'm confident that I'll be properly cared for should the need arise.

The agent was friendly, courteous and professional. She took her time to get my information and search for the best policy/quote. She also showed me how to access my policy and print out my travel insurance cards. All of this took less than 10 minutes, and with excellent customer service!

We used the website to check insurance on a cruise we are going on to Alaska. We called Travel Defenders with some questions and talked to Shawna. She was excellent, ansewering all of our questions and was very professional and helpful. We purchased coverage and got a very good policy at a great price. We are very pleased with our experience.

It was clear and easy to use. There were great policy benefits, but the cost was very reasonable. I feel like we got a lot for what we paid. Hopefully the policy will be just as great if we need to file a claim. Time will tell, but I would highly recommend them so far.

The agent, Diane, was exceptionally knowledgeable of insurance technicalities and very efficient and friendly. I had some special questions about pre-existing conditions, visiting multiple countries, coverage related to potential illness of non-traveling siblings, and she answered all easily and clearly.
