i LOVE these t-shirts. And i probably WOULD have loved all the other things i wanted to buy after seeing how great the T-shirts are. Unfortunately, the company's policy seems to be "screw 'em, let them talk to a robot it's cheaper". There is NO contact us, NO phone number, and the only opportunity to get an answer is by chatting with a not-ready-for-prime-time crudely programmed AI Bot so i could not get my questions answered and i didn't order. Word to the wise True Classic: Show some concern for your customers and get some live humans to answer the phones. It'll go a long way! Your products are great. How bout making customer service just as great?

Having received the Henleys 3-pack, and the 3-pack boxer briefs... further to my review of the crew t-shirts; I cannot praise True Classic enough! These boxers - they are SO comfortable, thank you. I placed the wrong return shipping label and sent a pair of shoes as a return to True Classic instead of Amazon. I contacted True Classic support and ended up messaging Chantelle and explained my goof up. Chantelle diligently tracked my return and I sent her the correct shipping label and my package is on its way back to Amazon. I want to give Chantelle a big thank you shoutout. THANK YOU CHANTELLE!
On another note I LOVE the crew neck tee-shirts (9) that I purchased from True Classics.

The customer service in getting the order issue sorted out was second to none. It all moved so quickly and I'm told a replacement has been sent.

I wish every company worked as well as True Classic. The quality of the clothing is great, fits great and feels great. Any time I had any issues with my items it was resolved right away. Exchanges were a breeze. I will never buy clothes from another company again. True classic will be my whole wardrobe moving forward. The owners should teach a class on how to properly run a business!

My husband is super happy with his new shirts. Having put on a little stress weight recently, he was uncomfortable in everything he owned. I bought him a 6 pack of tees to try and he says they are soft and he doesn’t feel uncomfortable in them, but also doesn’t make him look bigger. We will definitely be buying more.

I have seen your ads on social media repeatedly, and I wanted to try a shirt, try everything. While on vacation I happened to find a True Classic store in a state thousands of miles away from the state I live in, which allowed me to try on the items, they felt great and the quality also seemed top notch. So even though it was costly for a T-shirt, seemed worth it. Well, what really sold me was several months later, I realized that the collar had a hole, seemed like the stitching was missed during production. Well I contacted True Classic and in no time at all, received a replacement at no cost. Great customer service!

Shipping: Consistent with other shippers as I live in a remote part of Canada.
Received: As ordered.
Quality of the Short Sleeve T's: The multi colored 12 pack appear to be inconsistent in quality and cut. The T's are labeled from different suppliers (i.e.., different countries of origin). There however appears to be constancy with the quality of material and cut based on the country of origin.
Quality of the Multi Colored Long Sleeve Buttoned T's; Excellent and appear to be consistent in quality and cut (including country of origin).
Quality of the Boxer Briefs; Excellent and appear to be consistent in quality and cut (including country of origin).
Having worn products by True Classic for over a year which were received as fathers day and Christmas gifts I've found the product to be of sound and lasting lasting quality which impressed me to buy more... I was surprised to see and feel the difference in the quality between the T's. Time will tell if the new ones wear as well.
Over all I would recommend.

Bought True Fit shirts for me husband who was wearing other brands of XL shirts so that they weren’t snug on his midsection. But that made them too big in the shoulders and arms. True Fit large shirts fit much better.

My husband love’s the T-shirts! They fit great, though I had to order him one size up, as they tend to run on the small size. One thing that really bothers me, their follow through on their exchanges. Twice, their Customer Service said that they were sending me out different color shirts, as a sent the wrong colors to begin with. Twice they canceled my exchange order without explanation and refunded my card. That is not what I wanted, or what was supposed to happen. Alternative colors were supposed to be shipped out, as the original were out of stock, that’s what the company agreed upon sending me. If the second set of colors are out of stock because they’re popular, they should tell me that to begin with, or send me an email explaining the situation. They should just not cancel my order.
