Stress-free experience

We are a video production company who prefers to travel with our own equipment, and it was our first time traveling internationally. At first glance, the Carnet process looked like it was going to be complicated and kinda scary! But boomerang carnets made this whole process so smooth that the crew ended up traveling with very little stress at all. Marge was so patient in walking us through all our questions and made sure we knew exactly what to do at every step of the way. She very responsive throughout the process, helping to ensure a smooth, and stress-free trip for our crew! Thank you so much!

So Thankfull

My last minute trip needed a quick turnaround, everyone at Boomerang Carnets were super helpful and worked hard so that my carnet to arrive on time. Super thankful for Kiel and his team and all of their hard work.

NEW TO CARNETS WITH GREAT HELP

Being new to working with Carnets, I would say the both Beth Handt and Marge Walsh were VERY helpful in walking me through the process and working through completion of the Carnet. I would definitely use Boomerang again!

ATA CARNET from US to AU

Margaret was great - she processed the Carnet - without delay - and shipped it to my freight forwarders address at the airport of export. The shipment was exported as booked and delivered at the final destination with no issues and all thanks to the ATA CARNET.

I wouldn't use any other carnet service

Everyone I talk to at Boomerang is responsive and so helpful. A real person picks up the phone and I don't need to sit through annoying information through a bot system while waiting to talk to a real person. The people working at Boomerang are always knowledgable about the carnet system. Thank you

First time doing a carnet myself

First time doing a carnet myself. I’m a photographer doing a shoot in UK. Normally the producer handles for me so I was overwhelmed learning what to do. Boomerang made it SUPER EASY and had real agents to talk to. Strong recomend.

Give Kiel a Raise

Kiel made the experience great. The site was intuitive enough, the process was a learning curve the first time through, but Kiel is 100% the reason I would use and recommend Boomerang to everyone else. He treated me professionally and kindly, and gave me super thorough information. I can't imagine having had anyone else that made me completely confident in my carnet being done perfectly and on time. Also the email updates were great. But Kiel was the best.

Amazing customer support

Found this company through google and came in with a last minute need for a carnet. Kiel and team moved mountains to get it done in a matter of hours. He was fantastic throughout the process and provided great guidance and support.

Very Knowledgeable and helpful customer service!

Beth and Kiel from Boomerang Carnet were such a big help in helping obtain a carnet in a short amount of time. I'm traveling in and out of countries with a lot of expensive photo and film equipment so it's necessary to have a proper Carnet. They answered all my questions and guided me through the process perfectly. And they answer their phones with very little hold times if you have to call with questions.
