Do not book with Cheapoair

Do not book with Cheapoair! They schedule flights with such tight connections that you risk missing your next flight. If you try to make changes, they may attempt to send you to collections for those changes. There are countless horror stories about this company taking advantage of people!

I was researching round trip prices for…

I was researching round trip prices for a flight home and found the cheapest on cheapoair for $281. I called in to redeem my points (21220 points, which they almost refuse to let me use) for an extra $35 discount. They told me that in order to receive the discount, I need to email them with my points and phone number. I do this immediately, log back into my account within 3 minutes, and the prices had almost doubled @ $536 per ticket!!! This app is a rip off and I don't recommend. These people who run the company are liars and thiefs!

I had a great experience

I had a great experience. The agent that helped me out was Verne. He was very professional, patient and knowledgeable

The sales person was nit the greatest

The sales person was nit the greatest, I told him I don't travel much so I don't know much about this ,still was rushing me ,so really I think I could off got a better deal ,because on cheap air UT said $509 for hotel and flight ,but now I'm paying more.

Currently I do not recommend

Review Updated changed from one start to two as I managed to contact customer support officer Shawez. He has helped me cancelling the reservation.
Now waiting for the money to arrive before I could update the review once again.

The website said "Status: Your booking could not be processed due to a credit card decline. Please click on this link to update your credit card details and proceed with this booking. You may also call us back 6467384856 and we will assist you in processing your ticket."
but they have deducted 542 Dollars from my card, and it resulted in an extra tax of USD 126 to my account. Now they are replying through a bot only. Number cannot be picked up by anyone. and there is no way to talk to them. Don't ever use their service. It is 100% a scam website.
Resulting in landing me at nowhere.

I got to speak with a person NOT type…

I got to speak with a person NOT type in questions and not get appropriate answers.
The person I spoke with was Wicus and he was wonderful.

Quick, and ease way to find your flight

Finding quickly the right flight at the price and conditions that I needed. I like the messages that keep me updated and reminding me what to do next before I get to the airport. I checked prices with other apps and find out CheapOair's prices very competitive.

I love the genuine honesty

I love the genuine honesty; plus the person's (more than one) all are on my same page evidently because they are all trained to listen. Also, once listened, they "may I make a suggestion ma'am?" The written emails are great f.u.! Unfortunately, I had to cancel...+my whole output was returned! I will be a consistent customer! Thanks

Talking to customer service was a…

Talking to customer service was a positive experience. The only negative was the fact that the agent kept asking me if I wanted any of the extra services that cost extra. I said no thank you but she kept going over the services and prices. After the third time I said I'm not spending anymore than what the flight cost. She stopped then and I said thank you and that was the end of the conversation.
