It works well - except that - for some obscure reason - it is not possible to order the Kodak lenses from Denmark, so I had to choose the Premium ones instead. I tried to call customer service who confirmed this and asked me to choose a different frame which doesn’t make any sense to me. They also asked me to choose a different lense which is equally odd. They would look into it and asked me to hold, then terminated the call a minute into holding…

More frame options needed. I also dislike how much more expensive clear glasses are than sunglasses are. I also wish there were more faces per listing trying on the glasses, so I could more often see a face like mine. Rimless options are kind of lacking. I think there should be an avenue to accommodate customers with special requests.

Colors are good, glasses are good, shipping is good.

I found a pair of frames that's on trend and looks cute in the virtual try on, I'm excited to try them out!!! It was fun trying all the different options and comparing till I found the one I really like.

I wanted flexi-frames, and it was difficult to find them using the search bar. The customer service rep was great in helping me find the limited selection, but then none of them fit my son's prescription.

I was shocked by the quality of the glasses and the fast delivery. I assumed the other reviews were from the States but I live in Canada and they were delivered within 2 days of placing the order! Furthermore, customer service is extremely helpful and prompt with replying. Having a previous frames you can compare measurements to is definitely helpful in ordering. I’ve ordered 3 frames already and very happy with all :)

They work with you at eyebuydirect.com to make sure you are getting everything you want for your glasses. I was even able to purchase frames with no lenses for my prescription glasses which had a broken frame from my abuse.
I've had these glasses since 2020 and I just had an eye exam. My prescription hasn't changed so I can still use the undamaged lenses with the new frame I ordered. Customer service was very helpful.

This website is my favorite because frame weights are included among filter options. It's also helpful that total frame widths are provided for each pair. Virtual try-on is user friendly.

I have been purchasing my glasses from Eyebuydirect for a few years now, and was able to get my husband to start buying his glasses as well from Eyebuydirect. I like that the prices are very reasonable, with a wide variety of prices and styles. I do wish that there were more frame options for higher prescriptions like mine. But I also like that the transition options are affordable and that the options like anitglare are included.

Website is mostly user-friendly and the prices are very good. The selection of frames is great but the eyewear that a person can try on virtually is very limited. I would never purchase new eyewear without knowing if it suits the shape of my face, follows my eyebrow line or even if the colour suits me. More frames need to be added to the Try Me Now option.
