Great prices, good selection, easy to order

Website is mostly user-friendly and the prices are very good. The selection of frames is great but the eyewear that a person can try on virtually is very limited. I would never purchase new eyewear without knowing if it suits the shape of my face, follows my eyebrow line or even if the colour suits me. More frames need to be added to the Try Me Now option.

This is my second time purchasing…

This is my second time purchasing glasses from EyeBuy Direct. I love their awesome customer service, the prices of their frames, and the variety of frames to choose from. These frames aren't some cheapy drug store frames either. I have dropped my glasses multiple times in the last 2 years and never broken them. Its ridiculous to spend hundreds of dollars on frames where you're paying just for the brand name when you can come to EyeBuy Direct and find a much bigger variety of frames and cheaper.

My experience was great because …AWESOME experience!!!

My experience was great because there were sooo many glasses to choose from and the prices are great! I saved several of my favorite brands, I am very picky so I usually have a hard time finding glasses online …and most of the time when I add my lens prescription the price goes through the roof. I’m very happy with my experience with you guys, thank you!

I like the logical process

I like the logical, step-by-step process. The use of PC video was a great idea, although I wish the image could have been made bigger.

Purchasing was straightforward - but there are some minor irritants

Purchasing was straightforward. As I am quite shortsighted I cannot use the 'try on' function as I cannot see my computer screen without my glasses on. I have to take a screen shot and view that separately.
Also, it is unnecessarily irritating to receive mailshots for offers which are limited in scope, without having the means to check easily exactly which frames/lenses are included in the offer.
Otherwise everything was fine. EBD also has a good grip on its quality control through manual checks of prescriptions.

Wonderfuls Experience

I've previously bought from EBD and love the glasses I've gotten. This is my first time using the app and I was very pleased with the experience. Very easy to use.

size and shape is simple

Easy to find the size and shape that I want. Also, inputting RX was easy. Choosing lenses also. Finally, it was good and easy to confirm all details of the order....... the size, type lens and the transitions details.

Eyebuydirect is horrible

Eyebuydirect is horrible. I bought some shade on 9/01. I checked my email it was on hold. She said I needed to send bank information? For what do you not have a transaction number? I refused. I never heard of that. Requested a refund.

the price is always a lie because of…

the price is always a lie because of the lenses, its so irritating. it says it includes lenses in the price but you guy never ever are really accounting for the price, even when i switch it all to the cheapest possible it doesn't match.

Good Quality Glasses

Decent glasses and easy enough website. I just wish it was possible to put in the number of pairs I'd like instead of having to fill out the lens information again for the exact same glasses.
