Disheartened Fjordkraft- 5 years of trust breaking

Disheartened with the support. Spent hours and hours on call and in chat waiting and when they come- it’s useless support. This months bill has broken my record in last five years of association with Fjordkraft and the bill is not explained why?its same average consumption, unusually low price in October- but still get three times the amount.

Worst electrical company ever

Worst electrical company ever. signed me up randomly to buy power from them and removed me from my old company. Then charged me a high price. Told me that I requested this. Would not accept my dispute for this and forced me to pay. Absolutely ridiculous. They disconnected me from the chat instead of responding to me enquiry. Repeatedly called me a liar. It makes no sense that I join fjordkraft randomly for 2 weeks starting 6 months after moving into my apartment. They wouldn't understand this was clearly a system error because apparently there system never makes errors and im a liar....

Never trust a company that does not allow you to leave a review on their Facebook page.

Terrible service

Terrible service. i kept getting stipulated amount for 8 months and at the end i got an invoice for 14800at once. i was not warned about this and when i contacted them they offered to postpone the payment with interest. this was not fair and it gave me the impression that they dont care about their customers. i also tried their mobile services and that was not a good experience either.

Great air conditioner

I always buy only technics from proved companies. I found this one because i knew that it's based somewhere in Scandinavia, however, the main I wanted to know whether they offer shipping to other countries. They really ship products to other countries and I ordered here an air conditioner. I understood that I had to wait for a particular period of time, nevertheless I had this time and I was ready to wait up to half of a year. Fortunately, it was shipped much faster and recently I already installed this air conditioner. That's so great when you have an opportunity to buy technics from proved companies.

The BS King

Prices go up with no warning.
Change of address forgotten in system, being charged extra for their own mistake in the billing system, and an average of 20min wait on the phone.
To fix their billing mistakes, I'm asked to pay the wrong amount and later will have credit.
You guys believe in santa claus too? I don't believe in both, the promised kredit and mr Klaus

The only thing I think about this energy company is:
BURN IT, STAY AWAY

Dishonest and devious

Fjordkraft weree my supplier at a huse i lived in. When I moved house I made a contract with a new supplier. Without my written or spoken consent and without telling them my new address or the meter number, Fjordkraft wrote to the new supplier and told them I had asked Fjordkraft to be the supplier. I knew nothing about this until the new supplier checked with me about Fjordkraft taking over the supply. I am still waiting for an explanation from Fjordkfraft about why they did this and how they got my details. They have been very very dishonest about this and I would not use them ever again.

Awful

Awful.
My bill was 3x as much for October.
In September I paid 3500, in October it was 11,500.
I moved to norgesenergi spotpris immediately and reccomend other to also do so.

fraud energy provider

fraud energy provider! They advised and moved my contract to fixed price, and then i got energy bills very high in October and November. i left them forever!

They change your subscription without…

They change your subscription without any warning and set fixed prices as they please from month to month that does not reflect the true market price. No not use them. Stay away. Go for someone else and get a good spot-price.

Very bad service! The company isn’t able to grant access through the app from abroad. The support does not respond nor to calls nor to emails.
