I am not concern if I place an order…

I am not concern if I place an order and after a while i want to cancel it for any reason make me comfortable and feel free and their customer support like Jack F. is great and make everything smooth for any changes .

Ease of use of website although coupon code a bit harder to find

Ease of use of website although the discount information disappeared rather quickly when I went to the site and did not return. I had to remove the items from the cart, search for the coupon via Google/Safari then go back and order again with the coupon code. Maybe there is an easier way but not sure how to find it.

Very bad experience with them

Very bad experience with them. It was an honest mistake from my daughter of buying their app. didnt use it in that timeframe after trial. They had horrible experience

Just be aware of the return policy! Zero mercy…

I would suggest that any potential buyer read the exchange and warranty fine print and check ALL your items within the 30 day exchange. My circumstance was after receiving my order, we had a death in the family and did not get to opening my shower base until 32 days had passed. Granted I was over the policy limit for returns(which I never really paid attention to) but when opened, the item ordered from Houzz, which shipped from a third party VidaXL, was damaged, inside an undamaged box, so they shipped out a returned or re-packaged item. Houzz did nothing and VidaXL offered a partial refund. Lesson learned and I will not shop at a non-compassionate company again.

Dependable shopping and great experience!

Googled these pillow covers from Loloi and Houzz was the lowest price. I clicked the link and had the order placed within 1 minute. Super convenient and fast! Ive often been able to find what I am looking for on Houzz.

HUGE Mistake

A year ago... our company signed up for HouzzPro. 7 account managers later? We just wasted $4,200.00 The leads? Garbage. Account Management? Garbage. Total legit jobs? ZERO. Run... don't walk... RUN! I have SO much faith in their professional abilities that I just removed all valid payment methods from their site and replaced them with a $50 limited gas card. You won't be renewing this subscription. Oh and don't bother with your lame canned response. It's both stale and unprofessional; a direct reflection of the cesspool you run masquerading as a company.

Poor Product Quality

Houzz did not stand by an outdoor coffee table which after 2 months was covered with cracks and bubbled finish.

So many beautiful options

Chandeliers, chandeliers, and more chandeliers. Even after I refined my search I realized there was a bounty of beautiful options for my dining room fixture. I am so excited that I was able to find just the right chandelier. The search was easy, the filter is highly responsive, and the price is just right.

Warning! Houzz PRO “deal” is a scam

The seller told me it was a 30 day trial and she lied from the start...I don't like it and found out it's a lie and I want to cancel the "deal" in 3 days but they won't let me. Now Houzz try to put me in to collections….terrible, super aggressive and everything is a lie, lie, lie. I have to take them to court and present everything in newspapers and on social media to warn others. I'm definitely not the only one! I don't understand why they do it. It's bad.

I had EXCELLENT customer service from…

I had EXCELLENT customer service from Stephanie when I needed to change the size of a vanity I had ordered the day before. She contacted the manufacturer and squared things away then assisted me in placing the new order as a courtesy. Invaluable to me and an asset to Houzz as the public front of your organization.
