Biggest scam, do not fall for this. There is no way to opt out, without legal actions. It’s a pointless service with no benefits, soon as the sales pitch is done, you will not hear from Houzz.

I previously left a review because houzz.help was unresponsive to my issues. They responsed to the trust pilot review to say please contact Houzz help. There is no customer service with this company and these responses are clearly automated. Stay clear is my advise.

I have used Interior Quest in Wickersley Rotherham for the last 34 years. Firstly the customer care and advise given by Beverley the owner is exceptional. Beverley is very professional and has never has let me down always punctual for appointments. Nothing is too much trouble she is always on hand to give very practical advise. She has an eye for detail especially colour schemes,wallpapers and fabrics. Every scheme Beverley has planned for me I have absolutely loved from my kitchen, bathroom, lounge and bedrooms

waste of time and money, fake leads and lies. was promised an account manager, booked a time to talk and they cancelled a few minutes before. after complaining to them they started sending me a few leads - to fix a door, paint a bathroom etc. Do they actually think these leads are worth the £500 monthly payment that I have to make?! I asked them to cancel the contract after the first year and they didn't, instead they said I will get 50% discount on payments and I am still getting charged full price for a useless service I am not using

Had the most rude agent from Houzz call me. I would recommend everyone to stay clear of this company as he was so unpleasant and unprofessional. I filled out a form re life insurance last night. He started by trying to get me to validate details. I told him 'I am at work at the moment.' I also told him that 'I wasn't in a position to move forward at this time.' He pushed some more saying my details were invalid and therefore email quotes could not be sent. I said to him that 'it's ok like I said I'm not in a position to move forward on this at the moment and I am at work.' His reply was 'so what you are saying is you basically filled out the form online for no reason, is that what you are saying?' My reply was, 'that was a bit rude. Goodbye.' How dare he talk or make me feel that way when I've already sorted what I need elsewhere."

Wouldn't give them 1 star if that were possible. Useless leads and didn't get told my subscription would be renewed with no email or one single reminder. When i contacted them, they were useless and that i am tied into another year and so i am paying hundreds of pounds for nothing.
Avoid at all costs.

Orry is my account manager and he is very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He is also giving me great advice and is very pro-active. The platform is very useful to acquire leads as well as manage projects. It even interfaces with accounting platform Xero and generates ads.

I used Houzz in the first 2 years after starting my business. I received a number of good quality leads, some of which converted into projects. The flow of leads was regular and the Houzz team had often already spoken with the client to take a brief. A really useful service - would recommend to those seeking a quality marketing platform.

... I have been using Houzz for a while and at the moment I am having nothing but problems. Originally my account manager was proactive and interested in what I was doing; then the money went up, they assigned a ''client success rep'' and it has been down hill since then... not just hiding behind emails, not taking calls to delay and offering false marking information (proven) they have a stock of ''computer says no'' scripts to shield the business... really no back bone to the business IMHO

Since using 3d, moodboards and other tools on houzz my clients are able to visualise more easier. Its easy to learn and I feel more confident now on winning clients.

Well from marketing site i am really pleased, Houzz build the website for me thats a huge plus, I’m receiving messages nearly every day. Soo far only a month past soo hard to predict how the things will go. I am always thinking positive and i know thats nothing similar to other websites i wont be giving names. But if the lead will come thru that would be a grate opportunity to reach higher class customers. Fingers crossed.Soo far all good i’m happy

Unfortunately not a fair business. They are strict to annual subscription and give you a total mess only.
You can't cancel subscription either. So they are hoping you will miss the dates and autorenewal will enslave you for another year
In short - ONE OF THOSE BUSINESSES THAT DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU, DIE BUT PAY...

Fantastic training day
Wanted to give the Houzz UK team a big shout out for the full day training on Houzz Pro. The day was very well thought out. There was enough time in each session to cover the topic and answer questions and nothing felt rushed. The setup with tables and screens felt inclusive and the group size was perfect - and the catering was excellent. And having lots of Houzz experts floating the room to answer questions and help anyone who fell behind really worked to keep the sessions moving along. It was very clear that all the Houzz UK team were absolute experts in the software, and they were always keen to know any recommendations to improve the software (shown by how many were already in the works of being addressed). There was not a single question asked they did not know the answer to. Great training session.

We have been using Houzz for several year now. It is an excellent tool to expand our business and reach a broad audience with a variety of projects to tackle.
On top of that, our account manager is extremely helpful and available any time we have a query, and we feel well supported by her. We couldn't recommend this platform more!

£8k invested in to sh**t!
It's a completely hopeless program and most likely generates leads themselves, we haven't received a single job for that spent such an amount of money!
And now there is an auto renewals that no one will tell you about, the account manager is completely hopeless, she was gone for half a year, we dont hear anyting from her, by the wnd of agreement they won't even tell you that after 12 months the payment starts automatically be taken from your bank... it's all nonsense! All companies, insurances and other institutions announce new payment prices and terms, everyone is silent here and waits until the last minute to withdraw your money...
avoid such apps as far as possible!!

I'm glad I signed up to Houzz Pro. It provides me with the systems and processes that I need to run my studio in a slick and professional way.
My representative, Grant Clark, has been friendly, efficient and supportive as he and his colleagues onboarded me and got me set up with Houzz Pro. He has also found and organised a photoshoot for my latest project, which was a real help.
Definitely the right decision to sign up!

Do not join this company! they are arrogant robber who think they can railroad over your legal rights.
they force you to pay a lot of money, there is no reminder about the end of the trial period! I am absolutely outraged - I do not recommend it, do not create an account here, you will be scammed!
Never use or join HouzzPro !
Even the App - doesn’t work properly, there is no contact option, application is hard in use.
