Everyone who subscribes with us has the same benefits and conditions, no distinction is made between subscription holders in any form. Responses are forwarded directly to the broker.

Huurwoningen has purely a 'bulletin board function' and has no further involvement in whether or not agreements are made between House-hunters and Landlords.
Brokers may also have their own eligibility requirements.
Since we are aware of this, we have submitted the free trial period partly for this reason. This way you don't necessarily have to run into double costs.
