Horribly overpriced for what is a basic t shirt that fits much smaller than you'd expect. Got XXL as on website tells you to get size up - still so small and cannot understand how they try and charge £45 for one. Don't use go to possibly any other retailer for better sizing and cheaper for quality given

Trying to cancel an order which was placed far too eagerly due to the sale items not researching the sizing guides and how they fit. Attempted to contact them from various different email addresses but their inbox is full which means I’ll have to go through the entire hassle of waiting to receive the product and then sending it back to wait for a refund rather than speaking to someone through a different platform e,g Live Chat who can cancel immediately. Extremely frustrating and poor organisation. Please cancel order 314664 - still unable to message your inbox.

I ordered an XL tee, it was tiny. So I paid for return postage to exchange it for a XXL and it was even smaller than the XL. Following multiple emails and loads of wasted time I have just paid for another return label so I can get a refund.
Ordering from this website has cost me time and money with zero gain. Very frustrating.

I recently purchased a pair of jeans from Legend London, and I’m really impressed with the quality. The fit is fantastic, definitely above average compared to other brands I've tried. I also had a small issue with my order, but their customer service team was quick to respond and extremely helpful in resolving it. Overall, great experience with both the product and the customer support—highly recommend!

I bought 6 t-shirts, and I received them in 4 days with DPD delivery. The t-shirts are of excellent quality; we'll see if they hold up after multiple washes, but at first glance, they look sturdy!

But the surprise was that they gave me 3 extra t-shirts in my order :O

I don't know if it's a mistake or a gift, but in any case, I highly recommend Legend London!

Utterly shocking, complete clowns!
Website email address is wrong, returns page doesn’t work, the information they provide on how to input the order number only comes back as entry incomplete, the email address comes back as undeliverable….DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Yes it definite your horrendous company, your instructions do not allow for the returns to take place!!

No one reads the emails sent and I still can’t get a refund, so NO youve not helped and it is your company not some fictional other one…I’m using the link YOU sent from your original email.

Still no replies from this company about refunds….

Would not order from here again. Lost original order, after 3 weeks they assured me the courier would have it delivered within 48 hours.. still no parcel. 4 weeks later I had to reorder, 2 weeks later still waiting on delivery

My husband has ordered a few times for here and has been really happy with the fit and quality of the tops. I placed an order and had a query which was dealt with promptly. I received my order the next day and I’m happy with the products and I’m sure my husband will like them when he receives them for his birthday!!

I had a slight technical complication with an order and ever such slightly crossed wires during a conversation.

However the customer service by Legend was very fast acting and sorted the issue out extremely quickly.
They recognised the confusion and more than reimbursed me graciously.
Genuinely one of the best customer services I've ever dealt with.
I will 100% continue to use this quality company with their quality products, excellent staff and great values.

I emailed customer service after receiving the wrong item and they were quick to acknowledge the issue and help me resolve it by shipping the correct item to me. In their emails, they were kind, friendly, and supportive. The muscle tees, which I ordered, make me feel confident when I wear them. They're snug around the neck and sleeves like the descriptions say, which accentuate my upper body. But the torso part is a little loose, so I don't feel constricted. Overall, I'm satisfied and look forward to buying a few more muscle tees. They're simple, subtle, and clean-cut enough for me to wear to work.

I ordered 2 pants and 3 shorts and they are amazing !! I recommend if you have legs to try londonlegend it unbelievable comfortable!! Costumers care is also amazing, one order was missing but without any problem they send me a pair of new ones !! I wish every company works like this with one word London legend is GREAT !! try it you won’t regret it ! 👍👍👍👌👌
