I have been using Lone Star Tracking…

I have been using Lone Star Tracking for about 4 years now on 3 different vehicles. I currently use 2 trackers and I have to say they are the best at what they do. Especially if you talk to Ryan who is relentless in solving any issues with tailoring the trackers to your specific needs. Most companies want to sell their products. This company backs up their products with outstanding customer service. I assure you if you buy from them you have a excellent team to set you up to protect your valuable assets 24/7 !

Too many times

There many times, the unit is moving and no notification at all and there is times that unit starts moving . Won't get a notification maybe 3 to 5 miles from Original point. Not very happy, I have three other trailers , already looking for a replacement.

Upon ordering online.

Upon ordering online.. This product says it works worldwide only to receive and doesn't work in my country(south africa) Abit useless if can't use it

Thoroughly pleased

We have been extremely pleased with the Yabby collar from Lonestar Tracking. They were great at answering all my questions before the purchase and customer service was wonderful in quickly resolving a programing error when the collar arrived. It has worked flawlessly ever since. The unit is small but tough. The app does everything I could want. Battery life is unmatched in any other collar option I have found. Only suggestion would be an option to change the time from Central to Pacific and an optional real-time locator on demand.

The notifications that I receive are…

The notifications that I receive are typically delayed, usually at least 15 minutes from when the vehicle is moved. In addition, I have received notifications two times when the vehicle had not been moved at all that day.

LoneStar Tracking has 5 Star Service!

LoneStar Tracking was recommended to our company by another local company. At first glance I enjoyed the tracking system but was confused by a few things, and hoping to track some particular stats for my team. I called into LoneStar and spoke with Charlie. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to initiate creating a custom feature for me to track particular information! He worked with Zac and the tech team to accommodate my request within 24 hours! Amazing! Charlie helped advise me as I fleet out our whole company with multiple locations. I truly look forward to using this service on all our vehicles and know that I will be assisted with any questions or concerns I have along the way! I would and will recommend this accurate, affordable and quality service to any and all!

More than a Tracker!

The variety of LoneStar Tracking devices available mean customers can chose GPS tracking devices that fit their needs. The app and web-based applications have options useful for fleet operations or personal use to track vehicles, trailers and other assets. The prices for the trackers and the service are competitive and give the owner peace of mind.

Great to use on Livestock Guardian Dogs

I highly recommend this Company for Livestock Guardian Dog tracking. I can see where these dogs are at all times. We recently lost one of our big male dogs to a pack of Coyotes and with his collar, we were able to locate his body. Snow, Rain, and heat don't seem to bother the performance of these devices. I will also say that the Techs that answer the phones are so helpful and very knowledgeable.

Very unique application.

I probably have one of the most unique applications of a LoneStar tracking device. I live in northern Wisconsin and the device is attached to a portable ice fishing house for security reasons. Fortunately, I have never had a theft but it is humorous to see the location in the middle of a frozen lake. Immediately indicates whenever I move the house. Great battery life and wonderful tech support.

Recovered my stolen truck !

My LoneStar trackers did exactly what I expected them to do which ultimately for me was to be able to track my vehicles in a given case they were stolen. I had an incident where one of my dump trucks was at the mechanic shop and got stolen from there, fortunately for me I had the scorpion tracker on it and was able to track it. I gave the police the coordinates and they were able to retrieve my truck. We actually found it in someone's backyard where they had multiple stolen vehicles where it seem like they were selling them by parts.
Again, I am happy that I was able to recuperate my equipment. All because I made the decision to invest in quality trackers.

Helps to keep loved ones safe.

This has worked perfect for keeping track of my wife. She had been dealing with mental illness and had gone missing several times this past year which had been terrifying. This gives me peace of mind on making sure she is safe.

Sometimes it is maybe 20-30 yards off but recently it’s shown to be 100 yards or so off

I like your product. All is well except most of the time it doesn’t show the exact location. Close enough I guess but sometimes it could be as much as 100 yards from the actual location. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars

Completely horrible service

Completely horrible service, trackers will not stay connected no way to track the vehicle then when I contact Lonestar and cancel trackers but tell them to not cancel my trailer tracker, they canceled the trailer and they don’t cancel the vehicles. I would not recommend you wasting your money with this company.

When I purchased y solar powered unit

When I purchased my solar powered unit, I was Abel to track it's progress to my house. Installation was straight forward. The magnets have 40lbs each holding power. The unit is sensitive to movement that a thunderstorm with a stiff wind will set off an alert. 14.95 monthy fee for the tracking service won't break the bank either. On alerts I receive a text message with coordinates that can be clicked on and will take you to Google maps.
The company personnel answered every question and made me feel they genuinely cared about me as a customer. I'm well satisfied with the company. A 5 star plus.

Peace of mind.

I have the hard wired unit in my trailer. I have it setting up in the skylight. The GPS is so sensitive that when I am getting in and out of the trailer with Tooling, it will alert me that there is movement. As soon as I’m traveling, it will alert me that it is traveling. This is great information as this is a work unit that sits on job sites continually. I can monitor this and have peace of mind after hours.

As good as it gets...

I've been using Lone Star for several years. The software has been upgraded and improved several times - it is very good. The location info is precise with Google Maps type features. The cost is affordable. This service has saved my a lot of time and money as I needed to locate vehicles. The customer service is prompt, courteous, and as good as it gets.

I’ve worked with two employees here and they were both incredibly exceptional! They were responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond at every turn. I cannot remember the last time I actually enjoyed calling customer service! Well done Zac and Christie!!!

Having a live person call me and…

Having a live person call me and solving my concerns. He more than willing to help me understand the notifications I was receiving. Come to find out I misunderstood what was going on with my equipment. This been a accurate device and so far worth it.
