The issue was not trivial (regarding password reset with a domain blocking the reset link). My issue was resolved within 30 mins.

These are high quality assets that have been effective in speeding up my edits. Speaking of speed, the response time from the Motion VFX team to answer questions and solve any issues I've ever had has been like no other. Can't recommend them enough. Installation is easy, the assets are well organized inside Davinci Resolve and there's plenty of video support on YouTube.

You went out of your way to actually create an example using my video clip to demonstrate how to do a certain task I asked for and it answered my question in a blink where no words needed to be exchange. I recently messed up and ordered one of the packages double. I sent a message asking if I could exchange it for another. My phone glitched and I sent the request via another email account. This led to some confusion because my account is attached to a different email address.
But I was helped through the confusion - no problems.
What a wonderful contrast.

I've been using MotionVFX for years and their products are all great. I think I have maybe 5 or 6 now. Their customer service is just amazing too, I had an issue updating the new MacOS and Marcel replied within literally a minute and had me sorted out immediately, that's incredibly helpful when you have deadlines to meet.

Big shout out to the whole team, keep doing what you're doing, it's great!

Amazing experience with MotionVFX: I had a few products to test and all of them work just great.

I also had issues using some overlays: all solved in less than 48h with a couple of emails.

I have been using mTracker 3D for a little over a year and it’s by far the best, most robust tracking plugin I have used. I mainly use it for real estate videos and it works so well. I have really only used it for basic property outlines but there are so many more features that I am just now exploring. Easily one of the best purchases I have made for my business.

I’ve been using MotionVFX plugins for FCPX for a number of years. Incredibly well thought out, easy to use with seamless integration to deliver professional results. Importantly, their customer support is also first class. Any problems and they’ll get back to you within minutes and offer a solution to get you back up and running. Very impressed with the quality of their products, comprehensive website and fantastic customer support. It’s the only company I use. Highly recommended.

I edit professionally - and recently switched to Davinci. The MotionVFX tools save me SO MUCH time. But they also get the creative juices flowing - scrolling through what's available when you feel a bit stuck can be massively helpful. I can't recommend them enough.

I have subscriptions to other services but I always turn to MotionVFX when I want QUALITY. Another advantage is most of the templates are modular, which means most projects you also receive the animations as seperate modules. This is really helpful so you're not locked into a single timeline in the order it comes. PLUS their customer service is AMAZING. I had an issue with a project the other day (I'm in Australia) and as soon as they woke up in Poland, they got back to me, MODIFIED THE PROJECT and sent it back. I mean, that is rare these days. Highly recommend!!!!

Exceptional tech support. MotionVFX makes great products. I am sure supporting them when Apple makes significant OS and app changes must be a challenge. I ran into this problem with one of their apps. The tech was patient, thorough and prompt in responding. He provided excellent explanations that went beyond just getting the app working again.

I recently made a purchase from MotionVRX and
I'm very happy with it.

Since I'm not a tech person, I wasn't able to understand how to use some of their stuff efficiently.

When I emailed to the support, they replied very quickly, and told me the basic way how to use some specific stuff, which picture-adapted and very easily understanding.

They are very flexible and they even send you videos showing how to do specific technical stuff.

For any improvement for the future, I'm leaving space in 1 star. Therefore, it's 4 stars for now.

However, I have to say, so far so good :)
