Impeccable service

I used it for two years. Easy to use platform, fantastic outcome, I highly recommend it!
I had to stop using it since my business is local and it didn't really make a huge difference, but it definitely is a huge asset for a company that wants to be more accessible to a wider audience.
Additionally, their service is impeccable. My subscription was renewed without my knowledge, and since I wouldn't be using the codes anymore, they refunded me right away.

Annoying! I unsubscribed after the first month.

The QR code worked well for our clients. However, it has been difficult to suspend the subscription as, when I tried, all I kept receiving was an error message. Beside this the unsubscribe button is nearly invisible.

Luckily the customer service was very helpful and resolved the issue effectively.

First my English is not very good

First my English is not very good, but I will try to explain why I give 5 stars.
Instead of paying my subscription, by mistake I created a new user, in that moment I paid the amount but it was credited to the wrong account, at that time I contacted Customer Service through WhatsApp. My surprise was excellent since both Miss Paula at first, as well as Miss Melina who dedicated herself to finding the problem and solving it, are responsible for my 5-star vote. Lucas was fantastic

Lucas was fantastic at helping solving a very specific glitch issue that happened with when uploading an updated PDF to my menu format QR Code. We spoke and worked over the course of 3 days to solve the issue. He was timely in his responses and very helpful.

quick and professional response

I was used to logging in using a username and password, and today, after about two years of not logging in to my account, I found out that they changed the login methods to email and password. And I had no idea which of my emails I used to sign up. I sent a message in the help center and a representative named Franco helped me locate my email within 2 minutes. Thank you very much for a quick and professional response 🥰

I am happy to report that the support given to me has been top shelf. The sign of a champion is not what they do when winning but how they handle losing and what they do about it. My particular install for white-labling was difficult and support stayed with me till we succeded.

Brilliant service

Brilliant service, allows you to keep the same QR code but change the forwarding URL perfect for things like Newsletters (this is what we use it for in our school, we have one QR code and the newsletter changes each week). Their customer service is second to none and i would highly recommend them. We are a school in the NW of England, UK.

Lucas Helped me troubleshoot where my…

Lucas Helped me troubleshoot where my QR code was and how to see the statistics. I had two accounts, one from work and one from personal. I used the personal account as a test site to see how the public received the mailing I sent over the holidays. Thus out of 300 sent, six responded and interacted with the QR code.
