It is unbelievable how horrible customer service has become in general, but these guys take the cake! I am positive that when they had their huge layoffs, the cut Customer Service 1st, and Development 2nd. Of course the sales guys are still around... Sad

I love Change.Org as their petitions are always relevant to the problems going on in the world today and they have had some great results. They also have a great Customer Service Team as they helped me with a recent IT problem i had with some of their emails.

Came here for the disatisfaction. Academia scammed. You charge me annual bill which I never realized, first in 2023 in IDR 690mio, I had not received email notification of acknowledgement, never use this platform too. And then in 2024 Sept 14, they bill me IDR 1,7 mio, almost 3times higher. And they never sent me acknowledgement first. I asked refund, they refuse. We should stop this together, it's scientific platforms but not scientific at all, they do unethical act like this in order get money ilegally. They force us to accept the deduction. I am still in process to fight the refuse. Reply me on my email you unbehave organization Second reply on your reply: You said you refund my first year enrollment. --- fact I got deducted IDR 690,000 which I never realize it until 2024 in second deduction. Fact- I never use your platform from 2023 to 2024. You said you email me in 2024 - I didn't got your email. I think you trying to make advantage from my dissacknowledgement.
