Not perfect, but happy with purchase

Shoes were not used, but there were definitely scuffs along the midsole and didn't look 100% brand new. Other than that though, good experience and shoes worked out ok.

This is my first time using the app

This is my first time using the app. I purchased nine pair of shoes on my first time using the app which now I’m sad because it says I can’t buy any more shoes so I need to figure out how I can buy more shoes to be honest, the wrapping of my shoes and the box that it came in get out of here it is the cutest thing it just to me wrapping Delivery means everything.

Such a smooth process from start to…

Such a smooth process from start to finish! Shipping was much quicker than expected, helpful updates and notifications and the shoes arrived looking fabulous! First time buying shoes with Poizon - will definitely use again!

Crappy "Customer Service" Bot Scam

I ordered for the first time from Poizon, after reading reviews here and on other sites, and thought it seemed pretty legit. I ordered Women's Hoka One One's size 6W. Instead they sent me a size 6 in men's extra wide. When I tried to contact customer service, at first they said I could return them- but then I saw the return shipping fee was $10 and asked why I would have to pay it when they sent me men's shoes instead of women's. The "customer service agent" seemed very much like a bot- it just kept sending me images of random size charts as "proof" they'd shipping me the correct item. Absolute scam of a company; will never order from here again.

Easy Process

Horrible

First (and last) two orders delivered in a week and both wrong: one was completely another model the other right model but wrong size. Simply ridiculous. I’ll never buy again from this company

Great representative help

We received our package in the time that was given to us. Unfortunately we had to return the shoes because they were too big but the representative we dealt with was very helpful and we had the information needed to return the shoes in a timely manner.
