Purchased the rhinestone horsebit zip tall boots. I love them, glad that I followed my first mind and went up a size making them very comfortable. I suggest go up a size in these boots for a more perfect and comfortable fit.

Cute, cute, cute dresses that are casual and fashionable. I love the great selection of mini dresses that came out this spring. Sometimes I wear the bodycon dresses alone and sometimes I pair them with your incredible selection of leggings...either way people notice. Some of Rainbows clothes are like hitting the jackpot because you're paying a lot less for a cute dress that you would be paying 4xs the amt at another clothing franchise or boutique.

I love the rainbow shops, whether buying online or in the store. This was an online order. Always packed superb, communication great. Products are definitely worth the look. I've been shopping with them quite awhile.

My experiences shopping online, is so much better than purchasing in stores. The customer services are poor, the associates makes it so hard to approach them. Not all Rainbows are that way. Last year, my husband and I, traveled from Wash. DC to Williamsburg, Va for a vacation. We visited the Rainbow location in the outlets there. Customer service was "PERFECT." We was greeted at the door, they were friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end. But when I'm home, I rather shop online than to go in the stores. I usually shop in the Maryland locations (District Heights Md). I will continue to shop online unless I'm desperate and need something quick to wear for the day. Thank you!

Not only was the cashier and the manager was very rude. I ask about two different items. I was about a clearance item, there was 3 garments hanging on the rack but no colored sticker so asked the manager never stopped what she was doing. The only thing she said if it's on the clearance rack it is marked down. Not necessarily a customer could have put them their. And I asked the cashier about a shirt that's was on the plus size but it was a small. I asked if they had anymore. I told her that it was on the plus side and she never moved from unpacking house shoes. She asked was it anymore on the rack. Air head it was onthe wrong side of the store. The both of them was so occupied on putting stuff out. Until I was just wondering around in the store felling pissed. No customer service from either.

I worked for Rainbow for years in the 90s into the 2000s. I have been shopping at Rainbow since I was 16 years old and I am now 52 years old 7 kids later. I will always shop Rainbow because their sizes fit me well abd the prices are great. I can always count on them for my go to especially last minute outfits or revamping my wardrobe. I have 5 girls, agres range from 35 years of age to 17 and they love Rainbow. Rainbow has saved me when it came to school dances, weddings, baby showers, BBQs, High School Reunions ,even when I had to go to a funeral wanting to look my best and a hard time. Thank you ! What made my experience great with rainbow is the fact I don't have to pay for shipping. Also, there are two Rainbow stores on the island, and what is online is not in the stores 90% of the time. Many times, people ask me where you got that blouse or pants I am wearing, and when I told them Rainbow, they will say oh I was at the store, and I did not see that outfit. I would then say I got it online. Also, I love shopping online at Rainbow's because they have all sizes and colors you can think of. I'm loving it!

I’m a new rainbow shopper and the prices are amazing. If I move quick I can get my size. There has been a few occasions where items sell out fast. I find that the stores have tones of materials but often very small a crowded. Overall my shopping experience has been great. I will look to use the online platform moving forward.

Order came fast *shipped to a US address) and the quality of the clothes were what I expected. The small could have been a bit smaller, so maybe have more size ranges. The app such is a pain to use, it just freezes or just doesn't load. Otherwise, happy with the purchases and will be ordering again.

Great prices! Fantastic shipping! Good quality clothes. I will say, the quality of the shoes could be better as they don't last very long, and they are not very comfy walking wise but they are cute!
