This is the third time I'm placed in my Victoria's first order. What's cancel because of a computer glitch again, I placed the order and the representative told me it will be shipped in 2 days now it says it's in transit it's a week later i just placed the same order again after all victoria's secret got their money they have to do better this is. Unacceptable i received an email from the Carrier stating. They couldn't deliver my package because they don't know where it is. I then received an email from Victoria's secret saying. I had to reach out to the carrier about my package like my son would say this is not my job to reach out to the carrier that's Victoria's secret job. Cause they sent it through them. And all they do at customer service is pass the buck victoria's secret needs to train their workers to be a little bit more educated. They don't know anything to tell you.This company has went down hill it's a shame but they didn't do anything to make this right real shame. I worked in customer service for a long time. And you do not treat customers like this. They're not worth it. Their's better places out their that are more better to shop.

HORRIBLE customers service. I've been waiting a month for my refund to be processed, then there's a wait for the money to actually be refused after the month long process. You can't get through on the phone. The chat takes forever to get a response

Paid $30 for express shipping and it’s taking two weeks to get my order. “Customer service” refuses to do anything and just keeps repeating themselves about how it’s within the acceptable range.
