My Shapeware was great, very slimming very soft very comfortable. My Shapeware head under my dress perfectly. You did not see any lines or zippers under this dress. It was great. I’m about to order another one in a different color.

I was sent a used garment or at least previously returned. It came in a clear bag not the purple shapellx bag and had no label. Given the protol I had to go through to return a previous garment, it should also apply to you when selling. It’s not like what I bought was a sale price.

The body where is not for real big girls you must already have a nice shape in order for a really to work but they will work with you on finding you something that do fit you

This is overall I have purchased 3 items Brown bra 45 DD it was too small around torso and cup was too small. Purchase black and brown shapewear that supposed to have power in it body shaper reduce your waist abdominal hips back area and measurements getting hourglass figure you always dreamed about it was too big it did not shape anything. So I purchased a brown shirt a size smaller still did nothing tight on waist but did not hold you in but just created a fupa only convenient part was being able to go to the bathroom with it being on.

I ordered two products the shapewear and the bra the shapewear is fantastic fits me like a clove, but the bra was too tight, and l still have a bulge at the back of my arms.

Never tried them on due to unsanitary factors.i requested a refund which they did offer a $90 gift card only to use with them. That’s not what I used to pay for items or the amount.So now they want me to send items back on my expense INSANE. Don’t think I’ll purchase from them again.

My initial order was too little, so I exchanged it for a bigger size. Exchange and return went smoothly, they kept their word. The new shape wear was to big and it was made out different material than the first one. I ordered extra firm and there was nothing firm about it. It didn't hold anything in.

My shipment was slightly longer than expected. I commented under a social media post from the company and immediately received a reply that detailed my shipping and tracking information. After receiving my initial purchase at a size XL, I realized it was tighter than desired. I emailed customer service for an exchange and the process was seamless. I soon after received the XXL and was 100% satisfied.
