Would have been a 5 star except for the…

Would have been a 5 star except for the fact you will not remove one for one. The man they directed me to wanted 150.00 to take one old recliner. I purchased a new one from rumor but would not take old one when delivering new one Otherwise, store was wonderful, sales people were wonderful, manager was wonderful

I had a very pleasant experience at the Bronx Raymour & Flanigan furniture store. The customer service was very understanding, helpful and excellent. The product were what I looking for. And, I hope to receive it the delivery at home, exactly as I am spending / purchased. Thank you!

Love the new White Plains Store

Our sales associate was very knowledgeable and pleasant Took the time to explain key points in the mattresses we were looking at. Checking out was simple and easy and we were able to get our mattresses in a day!

Our visit to Raymour & Flanigan…

Our visit to Raymour & Flanigan couldn't have gone better. There was a good variety of pieces to choose from and the prices were so fair we ended up refurnishing our entire living room.

The staff were helpful and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and answered what questions we had. James couldn't have handle our purchase any better.

Best experience here yet!

We had the most excellent and incredible experience at Raymour & Flanigan!! Samantha was truly the best at helping us choose our bedroom set. She helped us analyze different bedroom sets and we were able to make the best choice thanks to her help. She is truly amazing, such an amazing employee here and we are 100% going to return to Raymour & Flanigan in the future. We are so grateful, thank you so much!

I have purchased close to 100k worth of…

I have purchased close to 100k worth of furniture from R&F. I have an issue with a sectional that keeps coming apart and is now dangerous to sit on without tipping over. I have seniors at the hous who can no longer sit ther due to tipping risk. I scheduled a service appointment only to be told it would take over three weeks so I waited. The day befor the service I get a call that the technician called out and I need to reschedule. So you would think I would go to next appoint ment but NO. I have to go to the back of the automated schedule again. Calling direct takes about another 30- minutes to get through the nonsensical labyrinth of extensions only to be put on hold again. Then they send you another link to schedule . UNBELIEVABLE.

UPDATE. The soonest they can get here is in 4 weeks. Should be a swell THANSGIVING. Never again.

Great experience, lots of selection, easy to shop

My family was shopping for a new couch and we were pleased by the wide selection available. We had a great time trying out all the options. Our salesman, Donald Polacci, was excellent. He was the right amount of attentive- available when we had questions and pointing out things we might not have known, but giving us plenty of space. We didn't feel pressured at all (like we've experienced in some other stores), and finally ended up getting a couch that we love and works perfectly for our family.

Our salesman Greg Beveridge

Our salesman, Greg Beveridge, was the nicest & best salesperson we have ever had the pleasure to know. He was thorough, kind & professional. He explained the financing, the warranty & the delivery process and told us that we could call him any time for any reason. Everything went smoothly and we are very happy with our purchase. Do Not Shop here EVER

The 3 sets of furniture broke shortly upon receiving them. I have had several service calls to basically lemon law the items. The service team has been rude, outright hanging up on me, refusing my calls and refusing service. Yes, I purchased extended plans, but NO, they NEVER fix anything correctly, then blame the consumer for neglect or abuse, whatever they dream up. I have 3 units NOT safe to use or broke. I've been reaching out for several months regarding these issues and I have been avoided, denied communication or left waiting for broken promise return calls. I have a conversation and evidence of this completely outrageous behavior no consumer should have to suffer with. I cannot morally recommend this company EVER.

Jack our salesman was great !!!!

Jack our salesman was so patient, kind and understanding. We have been in the store about 5 times before we booked our final furniture delivery for our home in Florida. We appreciate all the help Jack provided us during the past year, he's such a nice person. We can't wait for our furniture to arrive in our new home.

Naomi was wonderful

Naomi was wonderful and patient with us considering we had a lot of decisions to make as we needed to furnish our new apartment. Another customer that was visiting the store spoke very highly of her as well, which made us happy to have her helping us.

Superb Customer Service

The level of Customer Service that we have experienced over the years of purchasing from this Raymour and Flanagan store in White Plains, NY (Tarrytown Rd.) and furnishing our entire home has been superb to say the least.
