They made it so easy, we're very professional, they did a good job of looking at the car and we had it done in just a few hours. Sure we may have gotten a little bit more if we tried to sell it online or with the private party, but the bureaucracy and the time it takes was not worth it to us.

Lou the manager made my wife and I comfortable through this selling experience. He explained the car would be inspected both cosmetically and mechanically and that he did. The whole process took just over an hour and we were out the door. In the event you would like to give WE BUY ANY CAR a chance to sell your vehicle check out the Port Richey office and ask for Lou.

The Branch Manager exceeded all my expectations. Most car selling experiences can be frustrating or difficult, but that was not the case here. I was treated well and never felt any pressure to sell. The price offered for the vehicle was fair for the age and condition. I would recommend this branch to others.

I dealt with Paul on multiple occassions while I was deciding whether or not to sell my car; he was always honest and straightforward, providing answers to all my questions without any pressure to sell. When I finally decided to sell, it was on a day that Paul was not in the office. Justin helped me with the entire transaction and, again, there were no issues. I deposited their Truist bank check into my Chase account with the teller at the local Chase branch, and the funds were all available the following day.
And the price they paid me was over $1k
more than either Carvana or Carmax offered.

The staff was polite, friendly and provided clear explanations of the steps in the process. I would say the communication with the phone and emails prior to my appointment was a bit strained. Mostly because it is a national phone number that gets routed to the local branch. It would be helpful to just get the direct phone number to the local office.

We filled out a request online and received a call within ten minutes. This was on a Saturday and we were about to get an appointment and sell the car that day. It was great to be able to get a little money and a huge burden off my shoulders.

Got a quick appointment for checking car out. Bambu was very helpful and explained the process and then completed the evaluation. Once all information was entered and approved, he issued a check and I had completed the sale - very smoothly.
He was very polite and offered water while waiting for car to be evaluated. Overall a very nice experience at the Duluth, GA location!

The process went on time and was relatively easy. There was some confusion between the deals before I arrived and the only warning would be to trust your online offer vs what you get on the phone. The phone rep didn’t do a thorough job on evaluating the car and the phone offer was well above the online offer. Even after rechecking the offer with a follow-up call I was assured the higher offer was valid, but after the car inspection it was clear the phone offer neglected the accident I indicated on the online form, that was the offer I was given after the inspection. After some investigation by the helpful branch manager it was clear the higher offer was wrong but an honest mistake. I still went through with the sale since it as a fair offer and even minor accidents really kill the car value. Car eval was thorough so don’t think they won’t find problems since they surely will, be honest you’ll get an honest offer.

I came into webuyanycar.com to sell my vehicle that I’ve been driving into my young adulthood. It was sad to see her go, but talking with Leon we did a fair evaluation of the car and came to an agreement for the sell. Leon is exceptionally professional and extremely personable at the same time. He truly wants to have everyone to walk away from the deal with a smile on their face.
