First of all - I did have a negative experience the first time I ever ordered from TCS. It wasn't my intent to order from them ever again but I was in a pinch so I decided to give them another shop. To put it lightly my last experience was above and beyond great.

I made a mistake when placing my most recent order (Apple Pay "accidentally" put my shipping address as an address I haven't lived at for 4 years) and Frances from the customer service team went above and beyond to make sure my parcel still arrived to me without any delay. She was extremely helpful, amazingly communicative, and obviously my issue was resolved perfectly. Faith completely restored in TCS and I will happily order from them in the future!
