Pricing was reasonable and shipping was fast. Products arrived as expected and worked as expected. Will do more business in the future.

So far over two weeks I have talked to three people, and sent two emails, The site is horrible. You know the printer we purchased why can't I simply sign on, see the labels available for it and order them. Then the $250 credit for labels I have no idea how to use or find, even if I could figure out which labels to order. If you're truly a supplier, wouldn't it be best to outline the process and send some rolls with different material so we can see what to order. and please enable your salespeople to be able to order instantly for us. Someday we'll be able to use the printer to create the wine labels we need yesterday.

Aside from an unbeatable price, the customer service was very helpful and responsive. I’m not gonna lie, the website looks a little iffy and when I didn’t receive a confirmation email after my purchase, I panicked and contacted them. They were very reassuring, not to mention a whole printer was at my doorstep the very next day. Very happy, would buy from TCS again

Great service

First of all - I did have a negative experience the first time I ever ordered from TCS. It wasn't my intent to order from them ever again but I was in a pinch so I decided to give them another shop. To put it lightly my last experience was above and beyond great.

I made a mistake when placing my most recent order (Apple Pay "accidentally" put my shipping address as an address I haven't lived at for 4 years) and Frances from the customer service team went above and beyond to make sure my parcel still arrived to me without any delay. She was extremely helpful, amazingly communicative, and obviously my issue was resolved perfectly. Faith completely restored in TCS and I will happily order from them in the future!

Two things. For one, Your asking me for a review for an order I placed a couple weeks ago and it's not here yet. Companies like yours want some kind of review immediately after someone buys something without having enough time to really evaluate your product or your service. If you truly care about real customer feedback, wait at least 30 after they have received your product to ask what they think.

Great communication of order status and shipments, and customer service reached out directly to make sure I was able to set up the printer and order additional supplies correctly. There are real humans behind the scenes and it's great to know they're there if I need anything.

The website is very clunky and hard to navigate. It refreshes and empties your cart and opens new tabs, making it difficult to place an order for multiple products. The labels being password protected makes it difficult to reorder as well.

Very easy to order.
