CCL4라고도 알려진 Chemokine (C-C 모티브) 리간즈 4는 인간에게 CCL4 유전자에 의해 암호화된 단백질이다.[2]
함수
CCL4는 맥크로피지 염증성 단백질-1β(MIP-1β)로도 알려져 있으며 CCR5 수용체에 대한 특수성을 가진 CC 케모카인이다.그것은 자연적인 킬러 세포, 단세포 그리고 다양한 다른 면역 세포들을 위한 화학 물질이다.[3]
CCL4는 CD8+T세포에 의해 생성되는 주요 HIV 억제 요인이다.[4]
일반적으로 MIP-1-베타를 합성하는 천공 저메모리 CD8+T 셀.[5]
CCL4는 중성미자, 단세포, B세포, T세포, 섬유소, 내피세포, 상피세포에 의해 생성된다.[6]
이 케모킨의 농도는 MicroRNA-125b와 반비례하는 것으로 나타났다.체내 CCL4 농도는 나이가 들수록 높아져 만성 염증과 간 손상을 일으킬 수 있다.[6][7]
상호작용
CCL4는 CCL3와 상호작용하는 것으로 나타났다.[8]
CCL4는 G 단백질 결합 수용체 CCR5와 CCR8에 결합된다.[6]
