The Boss of the Lost Swamp, Gohmaracas, has a single Eye with a vertical slit pupil, which is the only part of its body that can be damaged. After it has been struck, Gohmaracas will close it for the next seven beats. This Eye varies in color based on how many of the Four Champions have been defeated. If Gohmaracas is the first or second Champion fought, it will be a bright yellow; if it is the third or fourth, it will instead be bright red. Defeating Gohmaracas while having only damaged its Eye with a Bow or Great Bow will grant the Achievement "The Eye of Gohma".

Arrows fired by Link into the Eyes of certain Enemies will deal Critical Hits to them. Formations of Malice known as Glowing Eyeballs can be found near Pools of Malice throughout Hyrule. Keese and Octoroks drop Monster Eyeballs when killed.
When an Arrow is fired into a Stalnox's Eye while the Stalnox is at half or less of its health, the Eye will detach from its socket, rolling around on the ground before the Stalnox picks it back up. Stalnox Eyes can be picked up and carried around by Link.

Echoes of Wisdom
A large yellow Eye is found on Gohma, the Boss of the Faron Temple. It is the only part of the Boss that can be damaged, though it can only be harmed while Gohma is stunned. The Eye cannot be Learned as an Echo, but can have Bind used on it. While Bind will not move the Eye, it will hold Gohma in place until the Boss shakes off its effects.
