LSP not working after running ags types due to missing node_modules #803

Environment
ags version 3.1.0

Describe the bug
After reinstaling my os the lsp is not able to get the types for ags even after running ags types

To Reproduce
Clone a proyect that has AGS and node_modules ignored after running ags types node_modules keeps empty
and npm install does nothing

Expected behavior
The LSP will not be able to recognice the types for ags

Additional context
To fix this problem i created another ags proyect and copy it's node_modules and @Girs and then it worked flawlessly i think the ags types should take into account this folders
