Hi, I'm Tim Schäfer. I am a bioinformatician and Research Software Engineer in the department of Cognitive Neuropsychology at Max Planck Institute for Empirical Aesthetics.

I have a background in computational neuroscience, and I enjoy using tools like Python, Rust, Julia, C++, and R to solve scientific problems, build high quality scientific software and services, and promote open science and open research data. See my website for my publications and more details.
