This repo builds hardened, statically-linked Go binaries from the
kubernetes-sigs/cluster-proportional-autoscaler repo, which is published upstream at registry.k8s.io/cpa/cluster-proportional-autoscaler.
Our resulting image is published at rancher/hardened-cluster-autoscalar.
