CHANGELOG.md gets the release section, written from the PR descriptions of #77 through #84. MIGRATION.md is gone: it described v0.19 shapes that this release replaces, and --format awk-header now answers what a command's columns are. CLAUDE.md states the changelog rule as it is applied: a PR does not edit the file, BREAKING is an invocation that no longer runs, and a changed column, key, type, or exit code is CHANGED.
