πŸ’‘ What:
Added an explicit auto-scroll behavior to the ChatTimeline component using Vue's post-flush watchers ({ flush: 'post' }), ensuring the view remains scrolled to the bottom whenever a new entry arrives or the "isSending" state toggles.
Also added essential ARIA attributes (role="log", aria-live="polite", :aria-busy="isSending") to the scroll container.

🎯 Why:
Previously, the timeline did not reliably auto-scroll as new messages were appended, requiring users to manually scroll down to read the latest output. Furthermore, screen readers lacked context for the dynamic nature of this chat region, so appended system messages (or agent replies) were not properly announced, reducing overall accessibility.

πŸ“Έ Before/After:

  • Before: No ARIA live region context; manual scrolling required to read new entries appended out of view.
  • After: Screen readers accurately announce new messages politely; the view seamlessly snaps to the bottom after DOM updates using a reactive watcher.

β™Ώ Accessibility:

  • role="log" and aria-live="polite" ensure assistive technologies actively track and announce new incoming chat entries.
  • :aria-busy="isSending" accurately informs screen readers that a system operation is actively loading/streaming.

- Adds role="log", aria-live="polite", and aria-busy bindings to the chat timeline for screen readers.
- Replaces implicit scroll handling with an explicit `{ flush: 'post' }` Vue watcher to ensure auto-scroll stays at the bottom when new entries arrive.
