utils for using lxc easily

1. You can create a lxc guest with "build_lxc_ubuntu.sh"
2. control all you lxc start or stop with "ctrl_all_lxc.sh"
3. make the static map of the ip address and the lxc guests with "auto_assign_ip_tolxc.sh",
4. do some NAT with "startnat_lxc.sh"
