I have made a large number of changes to the original code.
- I added the ability to make parts of the installation optional instead of forcing you to install everything.
- I fixed bugs in the rubygems code.
- I added the ability to install the Sphinx search engine.
- I updated the configuration of Apparmor to allow MySQL to bulk import.
- I added the ability to install ImageMagick.
- I added the ability for you to install gems to either the normal Ruby install or to the REE install.
