Summary

• align the README, Quickstart, benchmark citation, and documentation navigation
• turn evaluation guidance into executable protocols and add a practical solver-selection guide
• keep the solver registry generated from the runtime registry
• add responsive table behavior, 2×2 solver recommendation cards, and consistent technical-figure captions
• preserve mobile usability without changing the existing Furo theme or adding dependencies

Impact

New users get a smaller verified first run, researchers get reproducible evaluation guidance, and long solver/evaluation tables remain usable on narrow screens.
