feat: Add folder structure with .gitkeep files

Preserve required directory structure for:
- content/ subdirectories (briefs, essays, tweets, images, posts, work, ideas)
- context/ subdirectories (calls, emails, entities, style, telegram, img-styles)
- deals/, projects/, research/ (empty but visible)
- .cybos/logs/ (for logging)
