MD.lib is a massive definitions file for the SEGA Mega Drive, it mostly targets SN ASM68k. Assembler options should include /k /o c+ /o ws+.
It's highly encouraged to make a pull request if you have a definition you want to add, please just try to adhere to the formatting and nomenclature.
