fix(release): explicit --output for AUR tar.gz PGP signature

gpg --detach-sign --armor writes <name>.asc by default, not
<name>.sig, so the follow-up upload step ("no matches found") and
every downstream consumer (finalize's .sig cleanup filter, the AUR
PKGBUILD's source URL) all expect a name gpg never produced. First
real run of this step (added in 4313b05) — v0.6.17 predates it.

Includes the App.tsx build-fix from 5da9fb0 that broke every v0.6.15
platform build, plus a js-yaml bump to 4.3.0 (backported DoS fix for
