Long audio import

Chrome app users are now redirected to spreadsheet app

among other data clutter fixes both apps

Spreadsheet:

* automatic username sanitization like the prototype
* added allophones and phonetic to the list of avaliable fields (TODO they shouldnt be hardcoded)
* audio can be trashed
* icons everywhere
* gravatars in more places
* links to user's public page
* redo comments ui
* informative placeholders for session fields (TODO session fields are declared in2 places in the app)
* using audioVideo for audio files like the prototype
* simplifed corpus list fetching
* turned corpus select into a list with gravatars so user can see which corpus is which easier
* using the user details from server (TODO maybe user's prefs to store prefs for syncabilty)

Prototype:
* monospaced font in datum entry fields
* if 4 or more words in the IGT, show an IGT preview using the LaTex Read only view
* upgrade all users to prod server
* upgrade all audioVideo to be a collection
* made the glosser run less often but often enough to be triggered

* search keywords comeback when you load the page
