NovaMod v1.0.1 - audited and corrected release

Same method and same trained models as v1.0.0; no result in the paper
changes. This release makes the published pipeline reproducible outside
the lab cluster.

Adds the missing SignalBAM preprocessing script, pinned dependency
versions, license and citation metadata, and fixes several defects in
the example configs and training/validation entrypoints.
