Pavel Nekrasov

Tech Lead and staff-level backend & platform engineer.

I build backend systems, internal platforms, engineering workflows, and early-stage products where architecture, delivery, and business context need to meet. I stay close to the code while leading technical direction, hiring, and engineering effectiveness.

Current focus

  • Leading backend architecture and engineering practices at Navio
  • Piloting AI-assisted SDLC/PDLC workflows with explicit human-controlled decisions
  • Developing open-source Python tools and production-oriented reference projects

Background

Before software engineering, I owned and operated businesses in logistics, supply, and trade. That experience shaped how I approach engineering: systems must work under real constraints, ownership must be explicit, and technical decisions must support the operating model.

I also hold an MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from HSE University.
