Heal is a Haskell Evolutionary Algorithm Library

It implements the traditional GA as well as Prefix Gene Expression Programming
and Robust Gene Expression Programming. The latter is the subject of the author's masters
thesis and serves as a reference implementation to disambiguate the explaination that will
appear in the thesis.
