Fixes the miniquad side of not-fl3/macroquad#693.
This is not the nicest solution, but it avoids having to change most consumer code.
If requested, I can remove the changes to the other files where
native_display_nonblockingandnative_display_blockingwere used again to simplify the diff.macroquad PR: not-fl3/macroquad#866
