This is the same as not-fl3/macroquad#928, but moved to miniquad for greater accessibility.
This PR adds the function
Icon::from_bytes, which can be used to construct aIconfor use in aConf. Previously, there was no practical way to do this, except to manually useinclude_bytes!and have three differently scaled versions. (best example of how impractical this is: https://github.com/not-fl3/miniquad/blob/master/src/default_icon.rs)
