This release tag is to indicate that this commit has all the latest bindings for oc, has been updated to be user friendly for oc users and oc developers with scripts to generate and build library, and has been tested with AMD64 versions of macos, Windows, and Linux. Swig binaries are now provided by submodule swig-cffi, and are GPL, and therefore cannot be distributed with oc, which uses the OpenCascade LGPL license.

A generous helping of useful bindings has been created. These are for creating the topology, creating and introspecting geometry, a geometric primitives library, meshing topologies, fixing broken wires and more.

More functionality to come.
