Akhada, API endpoint for BaWall

Akhada provides the server-side apis for integrating with different Project Management solutions. Currently only JIRA is supported.

Developer resources

Local setup
- Clone Akhada from Github
  - Gem dependencies are managed using Bundler
Testing is done using Rspec
- Travis-ci is used for building the project
- Ensure that specs pass by executing "bundle exec rake spec"
